These Terms shall apply to any and all business transactions with private customers (hereinafter referred to as "Consumers") and commercial customers (hereinafter referred to as "Businesses"). The Order may be placed by Customers either through the website or by phone.
All prices include VAT (value added tax) and any other price components. Any shipment costs incurred shall be charged separately.
Bank transfer - after ordering, you will receive an email with our bank details (IBAN + BIC). Please transfer the total amount to our bank account, you must pay all transaction fees additionally. We deliver immediately after receipt of payment.
Credit Card - we accept VISA, Mastercard and Maestro. Please choose "Paysera system" on Payment Methods page. Due to the immediate receipt of your payment, your order can be processed faster.
Paysera system - pay online (Payment methods depend on the country: Credit cards, International payment, Electronic banking, E-money)
PayPal - pay online with your PayPal account. Due to the immediate receipt of your payment, your order can be processed faster. (temporarily unavailable).
For delivery to the following countries we charge just an amount of 15 EUR per order. Countries list
Walldecostore.com grants a warranty period of two years for all its products from the date of delivery. Have you got any further questions do not hesitate to contact us.
1) Select the items you want to order.
2) Confirm by clicking on the button "ADD TO CART".
3) Click on the button "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" or find the Cart on top right corner of the screen and click "CHECKOUT"
4) Check the items you put into the shopping cart by clicking on the button "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
5) Enter your customer data.
6) Select your preferred method of shipping.
7) Select your preferred method of payment.
8) Do a final check and, if necessary, correct the data you entered and the items you want to order.
9) Send your binding order by clicking on the button "I CONFIRM MY ORDER".
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.
Please inform us by email sales@walldecostore.com and we will send you confirmation of the receipt of such cancellation immediately.
If you cancel this contract, we are obliged to repay all payments that we have received from you including delivery charges without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the notice of cancellation of this agreement is received. We use the same means of payment for this repayment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no instances will fees be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse to refund payments until we have received the goods again.
